Scope of Work

Prime Drywall's involvement supported the wall and ceiling systems throughout the residence. The open floor plan required accurate installation across broad uninterrupted surfaces while maintaining consistent alignment between the kitchen, dining room, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and hallways.

Particular attention was required around recessed lighting, HVAC openings, cabinetry, windows, and large sliding glass doors. Clean transitions and smooth finishes were especially important in the main living areas, where abundant natural light makes the quality of wall and ceiling surfaces highly visible.

In the bedrooms and bathrooms, consistent drywall finishing helped provide a refined foundation for custom vanities, mirrors, glass shower systems, tile, flooring, and other contemporary materials.
